Let your team focus on the patients in front of them. Give the work between appointments a clear next step.

THE WORK BETWEEN THE WORK

The request is only the beginning.

A message comes in. Someone needs to check availability, respond, follow up, and record the outcome. The work hides between those steps.

01 /

Gather the request

Organise an approved intake source into a shared queue.

02 /

Prepare the next step

Draft an administrative reply using your practice’s approved information.

03 /

Review and close

Your team confirms the action and records whether the request was resolved.

EXPLORE A WORKFLOW

From request to resolution.

Start with one appointment-request workflow. Agree the rules, test with sample data, then measure the work your team actually gets back.

VALUE YOU CAN CHECK

Measure the work.
Then decide.

Agree a baseline before the pilot starts. Track the outcome, the exceptions, and the human effort needed to get there.

A SUGGESTED PILOT METRIC

Staff minutes per resolved request

Count review, corrections, and follow-up time. Compare it with your current process.

Your team owns the schedule.

The first pilot keeps appointment confirmation with your staff. Clinical questions go to the practice team. The scope starts with administration.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

Make the next
30 days count.

Scope a paid pilot around a real operational problem. Agree the workflow, fees, limits, and success measures before anything goes live.

  • One practice and one intake source
  • One appointment-request workflow
  • Team review before external messages
  • A weekly review of outcomes and staff time

A proposed 30-day pilot after scope and access are agreed. Integration feasibility is assessed first.

Review your enquiry, then send it directly to Lucidrail. Do not enter patient, guest, client, or transaction records.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Will this connect to our practice software?

We assess your software, access permissions, and vendor requirements before agreeing the pilot. This page does not promise an existing integration with your practice system.

Will it make clinical decisions?

No. The proposed workflow is administrative. Clinical questions and anything outside the agreed scope are handed to the practice team.

Can we use patient data in a demo?

Use synthetic examples for discovery. Any live-data pilot requires a separate review of access, privacy, security, retention, and the applicable agreements before data is connected.

What does the pilot cost?

We agree a fixed scope, setup fee, monthly service fee, and usage limit before work begins. The pilot is paid; there is no charge to prepare an enquiry.

What happens to my enquiry details?

This page prepares the enquiry in your browser. It does not submit or store the form details on a server. Opening an email draft hands those details to your email app; you decide whether to send it. Downloading saves a text copy to your device. Hosting access logs are separate from this form.
